Cancellation Deadline: All cancellations or changes to player count require 24 hours notice to avoid a no-show fees. A no-show happens when a reservation isn’t used as booked or when fewer players arrive without updating the tee time. Fees match the original per-player rate and are charged to the tee time holders’ card on file or play pack. After four missed or short-show reservations, booking access may be paused for one month
Securing the Time: A valid credit card must be on file for all reservations to secure the tee time and cover applicable no-show fees.
